Privacy
Clear about what
this site collects.
Rillet Data uses limited, privacy-conscious measurement, stores the inquiries people choose to submit, and keeps protected lead information out of public site caches. This notice was updated July 26, 2026.
Privacy notice
Useful measurement without advertising profiles.
Website analytics and reliability
Rillet Data uses Azure Application Insights to understand aggregate website traffic and to monitor performance, availability, and application errors. The site also records limited interaction events so Rillet Data can understand which pages and site features are useful.
This site does not use advertising cookies, sell visitor data, or assign a persistent browser identifier for analytics. Under the default Application Insights configuration, an IP address may be used briefly to derive broad geographic context, but the IP address itself is not stored in telemetry. Website telemetry is retained for 90 days.
To keep a search or referral category attached to later actions on the same visit, the site may hold a coarse source such as Google, Bing, LinkedIn, direct, or other in session storage for the current browser tab. It does not store the referring URL or create a visitor identifier. The first public page path visited may also be held for the session; query strings and fragments are excluded.
Contact inquiries and lead records
When you submit the contact form, the information you enter is stored in Rillet Data's Azure SQL database for inquiry tracking and follow-up. A lead record can include your name, business email, company, optional phone number, requested service, timeline, contact preference, and message. The record may also include the coarse acquisition source and first public page path described above.
After the inquiry is saved, the site records a conversion event named
contact.lead_submitted. That event does not contain your form values, email address,
company, message, lead identifier, or other direct contact information.
Do not use the inquiry form to send passwords, credentials, regulated data, or report files. Rillet Data can arrange a secure way to exchange files or technical details after contact. If you email Rillet Data directly, your email provider and Rillet Data's email provider process that message as email.
To ask about, correct, or request deletion of an inquiry record, email info@rilletdata.com. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, legal, or legitimate business recordkeeping.
Installed app and local caching
If you install the Rillet Data progressive web app, or browse the site in a compatible browser, a service worker may cache public pages and site files on your device for faster loading and limited offline access. Contact submissions, inquiry contents, lead records, and protected portal responses are not cached by the service worker. You can remove public local caches through your browser settings or by uninstalling the app.
External links
The site links to LinkedIn. If you follow that link, LinkedIn may process information under its own privacy terms. Rillet Data does not control the data practices of external websites.
