Flagship platform assessment

Microsoft Fabric
Health Check.

Find out whether your Microsoft Fabric environment is secure, scalable, governed, and ready to grow.

See the platform behind the report

Fabric health is more than whether a dashboard loads.

Capacity, workspaces, ingestion, lakehouses, warehouses, semantic models, Power BI, gateways, sharing, security, deployment, monitoring, and ownership affect one another.

Rillet Data connects those signals into an executive scorecard, technical findings, target-state view, and prioritized action plan.

The working sequence

Focused access. Structured review. Clear decisions.

Most work is remote. Access is read-only where possible, and findings are based on the environment, history, exports, interviews, and representative samples made available.

  1. 01

    Confirm fit and access

Validate the published scope, contacts, access path, and representative solutions.

  2. 02

    Inspect the environment

Review administration, capacity, workspaces, architecture, security, analytics, and operations.

  3. 03

    Connect the findings

Separate symptoms from root causes and rank observations by risk, effort, and dependency.

  4. 04

    Present the roadmap

Deliver the scorecard, target state, prioritized recommendations, and 30-, 60-, and 90-day plan.

Important boundary

Assessment and implementation stay separate.

The Health Check identifies and prioritizes issues. It does not include implementation or remediation.

Explicit exclusions

  • Implementation or remediation
  • Compliance certification, penetration testing, or legal determination
  • Microsoft licensing and consumption charges
  • Travel outside an agreed engagement plan
Need a larger sample?

Additional capacities and groups of 10 workspaces are available as scope extensions. Contact Rillet Data for pricing; material changes are documented before work continues.

What happens after

The findings are useful
whether Rillet Data continues or not.

Use the roadmap with your internal team, an existing partner, or Rillet Data. Follow-on work is recommended only where the evidence supports it.

Fabric Health Check FAQ

Before Rillet Data looks under the hood.

What is a Microsoft Fabric Health Check?

It is a fixed-scope assessment of one Fabric tenant, one capacity, representative workspaces and solutions, and the administration, architecture, security, governance, monitoring, semantic models, and Power BI practices around them. The outcome is a prioritized view of platform health and a 30-, 60-, and 90-day action plan.

Does the Health Check include remediation?

No. The Health Check identifies and prioritizes issues. Any configuration change, remediation sprint, governance implementation, optimization, migration, or build work is scoped separately after you review the findings.

What access does Rillet Data need?

The review uses read-only access where possible, supported by administrative exports and guided screen sharing. The exact access plan is agreed before delivery. Do not send credentials through the website.

Can you review more than one capacity or ten workspaces?

Yes, through a written scope extension. The core engagement includes one capacity and up to ten workspaces so the assessment remains bounded. Contact Rillet Data for pricing on larger environments.

Is this a compliance certification or security test?

No. It is a configuration, architecture, governance, and security-practice assessment based on the systems and samples made available. It is not a compliance certification, penetration test, or legal determination.
